Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be rejected. Your order may be returned for a full refund after it has been received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during weekends and sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends .
How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, deliveries may take between 2–4 weeks .
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you have not received your order within 30 days of it being shipped, you are entitled to a full refund.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are in USD excluding tax , which means that you may be required to pay duties and taxes when you receive your order. Import duties, taxes, and related fees may be collected when your order arrives at its final destination, according to your local customs office's regulations. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in your country. For more information on fees, please contact your local customs office.
How do I return an item?

What happens if the item(s) I received are incorrect/damaged/defective?
Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing or defective items. Include your order number , photographs of the item(s) and any relevant information upon receipt of the package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be sent to your card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will appear in your account.
If you have not yet received your refund for the return, please do the following: contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
